Baked Turmeric Chicken

Today’s kitchen experiment proved to be a success. There’s definitely room for improvement but it turned out to be pretty good for a first try.

Ingredients:
3 pcs. chicken thighs
1/2 a bulb of garlic, minced
1/2 a cup of turmeric, minced
1 tablespoon of salt
sprinkle of ground black pepper

Mix the minced garlic, minced ginger, salt and black pepper.
Rub the spice mix on the chicken.
Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Set oven to Bake and pre-heat to 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Load in chicken and bake for 45 minutes.

Doing some research, turns out turmeric is one of the ingredients in curry. That said, maybe next time can just use curry powder dissolved in water or oil to use as a marinate. Hmm…
