I revisit my training logs and I realized that it’s been a while. I haven’t ridden Ida, my road bike, for quite a while – not once this year. And Cindy, my mountain bike, only once this year – this does not count commutes which happened for a few times. Anyhow, it’s definitely time to get the legs pumping again.
To start this revitalization plan, I started a challenge on dailymile.com. A 300 kilometer accumulated ride over a span of 30 days. Ideally ending on the end of May.
